Booking Tickets Online

Tickets can be purchased online for most events via the  UEA website - please note that separate booking fees and conditions apply.

Booking Tickets Offline

You can email us to reserve or purchase tickets for both performances and workshops info@puppettheatre.co.uk or contact the Theatre Box Office 01603 629921 from 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9.30am on Saturdays when we have a workshop or performance scheduled.
Reserved tickets must be paid for within 7 days of booking or 45 minutes before the event (whichever is sooner), after which uncollected reservations will be released for resale.
All tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled by Norwich Puppet Theatre. However tickets can be offered for resale if the event sells out. This service is subject to a handling charge of £1 per ticket.
Norwich Puppet Theatre accepts payments by cash, cheque, and most credit/debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Amex and Solo). There is a surcharge of 50p per booking - £1 if tickets are posted out - on all card and cheque payments.
Paid tickets can be held at the theatre for collection at any time before the performance or workshop, or they can be posted out at a charge of 50p, or you can send a S.A.E.
